ABSTRACT
The construction and operation of a temperature and light telemetering egg are described. The egg was used to gather incubation temperature and nest attendance data at two Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) eyries. The system is low cost, has the advantages of long life and low maintenance, and is operable with a minimum of disturbance at the nest.
