The Barrow Goldeneye in Texas.-Recently Mr. Tom Cole, a resident of Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, brought to me for examination a mounted specimen of an adult male Barrow Goldeneye (Bucephhala islandica) . Mr. Cole had shot the specimen on a stock tank just southwest of Greenville on November 6, 1958. As far as I have been able to ascertain, this constitutes the only specimensupported record of the Barrow Goldeneye in Texas.-F. W. MILLER, Dallas Museum of Natural History, Dallas, Texas, April 22, 1959.
